We are seeking a highly dynamic and motivated individual to join our client’s Launch and Expansion team in a pivotal role. In this position, you will be at the forefront of critical infrastructure projects and network strategy initiatives, directly influencing operational efficiency, boosting customer satisfaction, and driving sustainable growth across the region. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of delivery operations and making a tangible impact on millions of customers.

 

This role involves leading complex cross-functional programs with a hands-on approach, demonstrating high autonomy and strong project management skills. You will consistently “Think Big” and look beyond your immediate scope to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive and manage a portfolio of maintenance and infrastructure projects across an assigned region, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and required quality standards.

  • Plan and oversee retrofits of existing facilities, including office spaces, shop floor optimization, and real estate infrastructure to support last-mile delivery fleet operations.

  • Partner with operational teams to define and raise performance standards across sites.

  • Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Real Estate, Design & Construction, Engineering) to ensure project success.

  • Develop comprehensive business cases and strategic documents to secure executive approval (Director level).

  • Partner with Engineering, Finance, Design & Construction, and other stakeholders to optimize the existing network of logistics nodes within the region to support business growth plans.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across supply chain, transportation, engineering, and infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

  • Proficiency in SQL.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to identify improvements.

  • Proven experience in project or program management.

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes, automation, and standardization.

  • Experience defining and executing program requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Experience leading end-to-end delivery and presenting results to senior leadership.

  • Experience driving process improvements.

  • Experience managing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.

  • Experience creating processes, project tracking, and schedule management.

  • Master’s degree.
