What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP BI solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Evaluate existing systems and propose improvements or enhancements
- Contribute to project planning, prioritization, and delivery across BI initiatives
- Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement of BI platforms
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members when needed
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align BI solutions with broader IT architecture
- Support innovation initiatives, including automation and AI-driven analytics where applicable
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP BI / Data environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong experience with SAP BW on HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP ABAP, SQL, Business Objects, and Power BI
- Exposure to AI and automation within data or BI environments is a plus
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and distributed architectures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a complex environment
- Ability to influence stakeholders and guide technical decisions
